Global Wealth Technology – Head of Deposits, Cards and Tax at Citi

Tracy Strong is the Head of Deposits, Cards and Tax Technology, within Global Wealth Technology at Citi. In this role, Tracy partners with the Wealth Business and Operations teams globally, delivering technology solutions to support banking, payments, lending and tax reporting. From core product processing through to end-user experiences, her team is responsible to architect, develop and support platforms covering North America, Latin America, Asia and Europe.

Since Tracy joined Citi in 2018, she has held several leadership positions including as Chief Operating Officer of Wealth Technology, Head of Technology Strategy for Personal Banking and Wealth ​Management, and Head of North American Core Retail Banking.

Prior to joining Citi, Tracy worked at National Bank of Canada, helping to drive Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Design and as the Head of Technology for Commercial Banking & Payments. Tracy was an early adopter of Agile and Scrum and her teams were a catalyst for change across the organization. Tracy also worked at Accenture on system integrations across multiple industries, in roles from Engineer to Senior Manager.

Tracy holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Management from McGill University.

Tracy is based in Jacksonville, Florida, where she lives with her husband and three children.
